About Constant Contact

Updated: June 2019

Constant Contact, Inc. licenses a permission-based e-marketing software platform to individuals and organizations. We act as a service provider to these customers, most of whom are small businesses and non-profits. Our product helps our customers design email newsletters, share them on social networks, manage lists of contacts and marketing preferences, and track email campaign results. We do not have a contractual relationship with recipients of the messages our customers send with the Constant Contact software.

We require our customers, including the sender of the email you received, to use our platform only for permission-based email marketing, in compliance with our Anti-Spam Policy. If you believe you have received unwanted, unsolicited messages sent through our platform (or purporting to be sent through our platform), please forward a copy of that message with your comments to  abuse@constantcontact.com for review.

How to Opt-out of Emails from a Sender

Any emails you receive through our platform include an easy, automated way for you to cease receiving marketing emails from the sender or to change your expressed interests. If you wish to do this, simply follow the unsubscribe, SafeUnsubscribe® and/or Update Profile links at the end of any email you receive from a Constant Contact sender.
